The Office of International Affairs is happy to announce its second annual Photo Contest for all current and incoming international students, scholars, employees, and spouses/partners.
The winner in each category will receive $150!
Submission Rules
- Submissions must come from an incoming or current student, scholar, employee, or spouse. Note: Students who graduated in the Spring quarter of 2013 are not eligible to participate.
- Photos must have been taken within the last year and must be original pieces by the entrant
- Each participant can submit max. 2 photos
- Each photo must be submitted in the resolution of 300dpi or higher and in jpeg or jpg format, and include name, location, and description of the photo

Every photo must be submitted in one of these categories:
- People/portrait
- Landscape/nature
- Architecture/structure
- Cross-cultural experience
- Creative perspective
- Every photo must be submitted through a Photo Contest Entry Form
- Submissions must be made by: Thursday, August 1.
Selection Process
- Selected photos will be posted on the OIA website on August 19.
- Online voting will take place until September 20.
- Finalists selected in the online voting will be displayed at multiple OIA events, where the international community will vote. These events include: Welcome Party, Spouses and Partners welcome event, and the fall ice-cream social.
- Winners from each category will be announced at the first 2013-2014 International Coffee Hour Social.
