Sherry Ann Sebastian

International Student Adviser

Sherry advises students in the Social Sciences Division, the Biological Sciences Division, and the Institute for Molecular Engineering, including non-degree visiting students.

Sherry joins us from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri, where she was an Intercultural Programming Coordinator and Adjunct Professor.  She has worked with F-1/J-1 students extensively in both of these roles. Before that, she worked in marketing and consulting. Sherry holds a M.A in International Studies-International Business and an MBA, both from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies-Political Sciences from the University of California San Diego.

Sherry grew up in sunny San Diego, California and has lived in Italy and China. She loves exploring the city of Chicago, visiting her family, and figuring out the best way to make it through Midwest winters.
