Dear International Students, Scholars, and University Administrators,
Due to infrastructure work in the vicinity of I-House, OIA will be closed to in-person visits on Wednesday, October 31st. We will reopen for our regular hours on Thursday, November 1. While we are closed, our systems will be monitored throughout the day, so your e-mail and voice-mail messages will reach us. If you had an in-person appointment at OIA scheduled for Wednesday, someone will contact you to reschedule. If you have a telephone of Skype appointment, your adviser will be able to keep the appointment, as OIA members will work from remote locations. Should an urgent situation arise, please use our usual methods of communication, indicating that your e-mail or voicemail message is urgent.
