Reprint Request
Please complete the request below to receive an I-20 or DS-2019 with an updated travel signature. Please note the following:
- OIA responds to requests as expeditiously as possible; typically within 5 buiness days (not including weekends, federal or university holidays).
- You may request a reprint using the form below and an updated I-20 or DS-2019 will be emailed to you. If you would rather visit the office to obtain a signature in-person, please be sure to check our hours of operations listed here.
- An expired travel signature alone should not prevent your entry into the U.S., but not having a valid travel signature could result in secondary/additional inspection at the time of entry.
- A travel signature is not required for each trip abroad - the signature is valid for 12-months, regardless of the number of times you may depart and re-enter the U.S.
- Alumni on OPT/STEM OPT should obtain travel signatures every 6-months and may use the form below to submit a request for an updated I-20.
- The form below will not allow you to submit multiple requests within a five day period. Please submit one complete request and we will get to it as soon as possible.
