I-20/DS-2019 Reprint & Shipment Request Form

Need a new I-20 (F-1) or DS-2019 (J-1) for travel or visa renewal, due to a lost or damaged document, or do you just want a reprint due to recent updates to your document? You can submit the form below to receive your document! The documents will be prepared within 5 business days of your request.

Please note: While you are in your program, your travel signature is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. Your travel signature is valid for mulitple entries into the US. If you are an F-1 student on OPT/STEM OPT, your travel signature is only valid for 6 months.

F-1 Students: Based on recent government guidance, if you are an F-1 student, we can send you your I-20 electronically - then you can print it, sign it and use it for travel, visa renewal or just for your records/as your current I-20 document.

J-1 Exchange Visitors: You are still required to have the original hard copy of your DS-2019. You can either have one shipped to you or you can arrange to pick it up from our office. If you prefer shipping, you can create a shipping label and include the eShip Global order number on the request form below.
