Re: Severe weather — Classes and non-essential activities canceled for Monday

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, OIA will be closed starting on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 through Friday, November 29, 2013. We will reopen on Monday, December 2, 2013 with normal business hours. If you require services from our office, please make plans accordingly.
OIA will be closed all day on Tuesday, July 30th and Wednesday, July 31st due to remodeling in our reception area. If you require services from our office, please make plans accordingly. If you need immediate assistance during this time, please send an e-mail or leave a voice message, and an OIA adviser will respond to your message.
We will reopen on Thursday, August 1, 2013, with our normal business hours.
In observance of Independence Day, OIA will be closed all day on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th. If you require services from our office, please make plans accordingly. We will reopen on Monday, July 8, 2013, with our normal business hours.

Dear Students, Scholars and Colleagues,
OIA is very pleased to announce new hours. Beginning Monday, February 18, we will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This simplifies our scheduled hours. As in the past, you will be able to schedule an appointment with your international student or scholar adviser by calling or visiting our front desk, and appointments will now fall within this new time frame. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns.
