The Japan America Society of Chicago is pleased to announce that this year’s 30th Annual Holiday Fundraiser & Bonenkai will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Union League Club of Chicago, 65 W Jackson Blvd., Crystal Room, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604.
The Society is currently seeking volunteers to assist the day of the gala. Please see below information:
Volunteers will assist with registration, passing out auction books, auction room monitoring, raffle sales and auction coordination. A light dinner will be provided with a thank you brunch to follow in the New Year!
**Auction set-up in ballroom 1:00-5:00 PM
Shift 1 Reception, auction & raffle sales: 5:00-7:30 PM
**Shift 2 Processing purchases, packing items & check-out: 7:15-9:30 PM
We are currently seeking volunteers for all shifts, however the shifts with * will require the largest number of volunteers.
