All individuals in H-1B status must visit OIA to check in immediately upon their arrival in Chicago. No appointment is required to check in and the process takes a few minutes only. Please be sure to bring all the relevant documents:
• Passport
• I-94 card
• Local Chicago Address
Note: Should you have to travel outside of the US during your time in H-1B status, please send OIA a copy of your new I-94 card upon arrival.
